Welcome to
Meaning Processing!

Meaning processing is the next stage in the evolution of information and communication technologies.

It adds a theoretical and practical layer of human sensemaking to the traditional information processing.

Information processing was based on the idea that information is universal, objective, and independent of culture and social practices. The new meaning processing paradigm acknowledges that information and communication technologies make sense only in a cultural context.
We become humans in a cultural context. We construct networks of meaning by communicating with others. These networks of meaning allow us to interpret the world and act upon it.
